why does the lock screen of my macbook still show the previous ios (Monterey)? When my laptop turns on, the lock screen is still purple. Once I sign in its orange/yellow (Ventura). It’s been like this since I updated in December. Is this a glitch?

Seems like a glitch.
You could reinstall the macOS on top of your existing macOS to see if it sorts the glitch.
How to reinstall macOS - Apple Support
Alternatively
You can make a change to match your logged in wallpaper...
if you are the only user
if FileVault is OFF
Guest user OFF
Automatic log-in OFF
Display shows—> List of user
under these conditions boot up screen will match your logged in desktop wallpaper.
