Now is 20/01/2023 and bought my iPhone 13 pro max on 14/04/2022, 9 month 6 days ago. My battery health drain so fast, now on 91% if I check on my phone but 93% on iMazing with 260 charge cycles. Is it normal?

Depending on usage, that is normal and is nothing to worry about. Generally, Apple will replace the battery under warranty if the battery health falls below 80% during the first year.
