I just got my hearing aids and immediately had problems with them disconnecting all the time. I called Oticon support and it seems that my bluetooth on my iPad was causing the problem. I turned off my iPad bluetooth. Then I turned off my iPhone and turned it back on again. Finally, I paired my hearing aids again. I think this has solved the problem. I have the iPhone 7+ and the operating system is up to date. I also have the iPad 6th generation. I was told that when Bluetooth is turned on with both of them it can cause a conflict that can cause the hearing aids to disconnect. This is because iPad and iPhone share the same passwords. Now my hearing aids seem to be staying connected and they no longer skip when streaming directly through. Before I did this, the sound would hesitate or skip with direct streaming as well as the frequent disconnections.
