Low heart rate needs better notification

Why is there no option for vibration/alarm when the watch detects low heart rate overnight? The feature is nice but if you’re unaware of the low heart rate happening in your sleep you could potentially die. The alarm would wake you up and that would make your heart rate increase to a safer rate. The visual notification in the morning is too late.

is the alarm an option on the more expensive watch (it’s not on my SE).

Thank you!

My heart rate often gors below 40 in my sleep which is one reason why I don't sleep with my Watch on. Doctors are not worried either.

It also needs to wait for 10 minutes of low rate before a notification.

"Apple Watch should not be regarded as a medical device"

I'm not sure it can he regarded as an automatic insurance against dying in your sleep either.

Are you saying you have not had a notification when your rate has gone below the set rate for 10 minutes or you did but it was silent?
