My Apple id is being mirrored by someone who is using my identity

I have been told by Apple that my Apple ID has a subscription to Fitness ( and I feel sure others as well). I am not paying for this on the credit card I entered into Wallet, but my id is being used by someone who has stolen my identity . what do i do? i am a user in the US, but i have reason to believe that my Apple ID was duplicated in another country
