Hello walker2175,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. If your Watch app is opening up to a blank screen, we can recommend some steps that might be able to help out. First, try these basic steps here:

1.) Force close the Watch app

2.) Restart iPhone

This step might help refresh things. If that doesn't help, you can try to delete and reinstall the Watch app itself:

1.) Delete built-in Apple apps from the Home Screen on your iOS 14 or later or iPadOS device or Apple Watch - Apple Support

2.) Redownload apps and games from Apple - Apple Support

An additional step you might want to try is to update your iPhone to the latest iOS version. Updates include various fixes. Just in case, this resource can guide you through the update process: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

1.) Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2.) Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3.) Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4.) If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
5.) Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.

We hope these steps are helpful. Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Cheers.
