iPhone Storage Error

I use iPhone 13 with 128 GB storage. I still have over 60 GB of space available, however to save a 7GB movie from iMovie, it keeps giving me an error of stating there is only 2.4 GB of storage available. The support team has been working on it since last August, with no solution. This is a ridiculous error.

I am not sure how you checked the device storage.

Use your device to check its storage

  1. Go to Settings > General > [Device] Storage. You might see a list of recommendations for optimizing your device's storage, followed by a list of installed apps and the amount of storage each one uses.
  2. Tap an app's name for more information about its storage.

It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images/pictures speak louder than words.

Please understand this is a public forum: While attaching a Screenshot, do not provide any personal credentials, such as IP address, Card detail, email id, apple id, IMEI number, Serial Number, Phone number, Order ID, if you are sharing a map ensure your location is not identifiable, etc.

With the limited information that you have provided, It is hard to even guess the problems faced by you.
