Sleep schedule advice.
I’ve just started using sleep schedule in conjunction with my Apple Watch but I’m confused.
My current sleep schedule is as follow:
•Mon & Tue bedtime 22:30 wake 05:30 (alarm)
•Thur, Fri & sat bedtime 08:30 wake 1500 (no alarm)
•sun bedtime 22:30 wake 06:30 (alarm)
today (Sunday 22nd Jan) my sleep schedule says next bedtime is 22:30 but the wake up time is 05:30, it should be 06:30 shouldn’t it?
am I doing something wrong? or is this an oversight?
iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 16
