Why does it happen to me that by entering my email address in a field of a web form I find myself with this result *****@gmail.comail ?

I surmise an erroneous email address was provided for that website at one time. Refer to Change AutoFill settings in Safari on Mac - Apple Support:

"Click Edit to view or edit your saved information."
