Apple Watch cellular MTN

My apple cellular is not working, it’s activated on the network side but not showing up on watch, I have the apple ultra running on mtn network in South Africa. Please help. Thanks

They managed to fix it.

Preshen from MTN Ladysmith identified that the esim was tagged to my old Apple Watch, that needed to be removed and then a new provisioning needed to take place. Mtn call center itself was not able to fix this, it took over 8 months to resolve, but Preshen escalated it and was resolved in 3 weeks.

Contact MTN directly. They have likely not provisioned the watch correctly in their system. You can contact Apple if you want, but they don't deliver cellular services and they most assuredly will guide you back to MTN, who does deliver cellular services. This happens often when a carrier doesn't provision the account correctly. They could have your IMEI or ICCID number wrong in their system, which is fairly common.
