iPad Air ver 12.5.5
Haven't used the iPad for months. Now, some of the apps will not open. Some that I downloaded from the app store are colored gray and say Waiting.
Others like Pages and Numbers produce a dialogue box which says - Unable to download Item Please try again later. Other apps open as usual.
I have restarted the iPad with no results.
Any suggestions?

Okay - I have spent a few hours on this today. Had to reload all of the apps that were not working. Struggling somewhat because it is telling me that I do not have the memory to download Pages or Chrome. Have already deleted most of the non-essentials. But most apps are now working.
