Sql on Mac?

I am wanting to learn SQL. I have been trying to use Docker and followed some online instructions to set it up on my MacBook but keep running into problems. I’m not very confident that I’m doing it exactly right. I’m almost to the point of giving up and getting a PC. I was wondering if anyone could point me to source that shows the best way to install/run it?

For Intel-Based Macs:

Consider Virtual Machines:

Consider using a Virtual Machine, and then running the burning software off of that. Virtual Machine programs include VMWare Fusion and Parallels. This would allow you to use Windows-Only compatible software for buring disks - something you might be able to perform in older DVD burning software versions of older Windows operating systems.
