Error when trying to sign-into Apple TV . Verification failed

Hi. I solved today the problem. Need to press help remote control - Status & Diagnostics - Privacy Setting - scroll dow and Agree All.

I kept having this issue too. I unplugged my tv for about 5 minutes, plugged it back in and it worked

same issue here. i just got a new fire tv and kept getting the "verification failed" message. i restarted the tv and that did the trick. good luck!

I have been trying to get it setup on my new Roku TV, and the same error message every time. I logged myself out of everything, deleted the app, reinstalled the app, the whole 9 yards for trouble shooting. Same message. At this point, I’m just canceling my subscription. I’m not watching TV on my phone or tablet and I don’t want to screen share off my phone to watch it.

I am seeing this error on my FireTV. I can sign in everywhere else but there. Any suggestions? I’ve rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and even changed the password. Still getting the error message

Me too. What’s wrong? Anyone? I’ve reset and reinstalled and same thing. Apple TV app won’t work on my Sony Bravia.

my problem with connecting was resolved when I opened up all my Bravia settings, and posted a comment here.

Anyone find a solution? I’m using Firestick 4k. Nothing I find is working.
