When I try to send SMS messages, I receive a reply that says "SMS messaging unconfigured, please call the number instead". This has happened with multiple different numbers. Is this an issue with my iPhone, my service provider, or something else?

SMS Messaging is a feature that is provided and managed by your carrier. I recommend that you contact your carrier and get this issue resolved.
