I cannot update my iPhone's Apple ID Settings

After updating to iOS 16.2 and was prompted to update my iPhone's ID Settings so I could enable some of my account services. But every time I enter my credentials, nothing happens other than the prompt to update reappearing. I've signed out, restarted my iPhone 11, but so far, this request has not gone away.

Hi Kedamono1st,

You've completed some great troubleshooting on your own by restarting your iPhone then signing out of the Apple ID and signing back in. If you're still unable to update your Apple ID settings after trying that, iOS 16.3 was recently released, and software updates often include fixes for unexpected behavior. If you haven't already, back up then update your iPhone. Update your iPhone or iPad will walk you through both.

  1. "Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
  2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
  3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
  4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
  5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do."

Regards.
