Apple TV remote isn’t controlling Hisense tv volume

The answer did not help me.

You need to disable bluetooth on the TV then program the apple remote for IR.

The bluetooth settings on the TV are under settings/network/bluetooth.

Apple TV remote no longer controls receiver I used to be able to control my Yamaha receiver and my Bose sound bar with my two Apple remotes. Now they no longer control the volume. I’m forced to use two remotes now. Apple did you mess something up with the latest iOS please fix it. This is annoying.
