can I get iTunes for ventura 13.2 on mini m1

There is no version of iTunes for recent Mac Operating Systems. Please see below.

I am so disappointed with Apple Music software. I just got a new M2 mini to replace my 2012 iMac. I was running iTunes 12.9.5.5 and the Catalina version of Music. Since iTunes was "upgraded" to Music I have had problems with navigation of the "Other Artwork". You can add 6 jpegs to other artwork at a song or album level but you can only see two and a half. There is no swipe to get to the other pictures. For Music version 1.3.2.2 and Ventura 13.2 there is no navigating more than 3 "other artwork". For Ventura 13.2 there is no ability to run iTunes. iTunes on my iMac worked just fine and I could navigate through my other artwork. I talked with Apple support and the senior support told me it was not a supported feature because there was nothing in the help menus to indicate that multiple artwork could be navigated!! His suggestion was to complain to apple.com/defect which I will do.
