iCloud log in

I have an iCloud account, I know the password and the email, but I no longer have access to them on any device and the account has been deactivated, I would like to reactivate the account to be able to log in

iCloud Login Info Paradox Earlier, I was having trouble getting into my old iPhone 6. Luckily, I finally got into it, and was able to unblock one of my emails! However, there are two other iClouds on this phone that I cannot reset for the life of me! For one of them I was actually able to get into by answering the security questions, but then it locked me out of my current phone for unknown reasons, even if I reset the password on this specific session. According to my iPhone 6, I need to verify with my email. I CANNOT do that, because the iCloud hasn’t been working on this phone since the day it broke. The Birthday Prompt they give me is now gone because when you’re young, you put in a fake birthday and I don’t remember which date that could possibly be in this case. My main issue is that I was once able to access this email and now all of a sudden I can’t, even with the updated information that I Willingly put on it. What should I do about my locked accounts? Call Apple and try to prove that the accounts are mine, to reset? Again, I cannot unlock the account because iCloud Mail isn’t accessible from this phone, even if I already had previous access to it in the recent past.
