Stop showing all apps call on my phone call log

Hi.

How can i disable integrated call log in iPhone 14 pro max.

How do I make my phone call log to not show calls from all the apps on my phone.

I have the following apps on my phone,

  1. Teams - for work
  2. Whatsapp - for miscellaneous chats and conversations
  3. FCC - to join conferences

it’s distracting and confusing to have all this calls showing on the records of my phone log. Also I could accidentally call a co-worker or a miscellaneous person from my phone. If I need to see my log for teams I can go on the app to see it. I don’t need those logs loaded on my phone call log

I just transitioned from Android to Apple and this is not the case with Android phones

How do I stop this functionality on my phone.

Thank you.

There is no setting to control Recent Calls; it really isn’t a call log, it is a list of recent calls so you can return call. iPhones do not have call logs, but your carrier does, and it is only calls that go through the carrier that are listed. you can view it on the carrier’s user portal on their website, or in their app if they have one.
