Cannot find sleep app on family Watch, Cannot setup sleep from iPhone on shared watch.

If you used Family Setup for a family members Apple Watch, Sleep Tracking is NOT an available option.

From Apple's link about Family Setup is the following --> Set up Apple Watch for a family member - Apple Support

"The following features and apps are not available: Medications, respiratory rate, irregular heart rhythm notifications, ECG, Cycle Tracking, Sleep, Wrist Temperature, Blood Oxygen, Audiobooks, Remote, News, Home, and Shortcuts."
