I had taken backup of this phone on cloud through iTunes. when i try to restore taken back up on my new phone its asking of password. when i enter my apple id password its showing wrong password. I think for itunes it was different password to taken BACKUP which i forget now.

YOu can not backup on icloud through iTunes. You either backup to icloud over WiFi, or you backup to iTunes on a computer (finder on a Mac).
From the sound of it, you set a password to encrypt the backups to your computer. If you can’t remember the password you used to encrypt the backup, you will not be able to restore that backup.
