I've been trying to upgrade to iCloud+ with a spare Apple Store gift card I have. I have been trying to transfer these gift card funds to my Apple ID so that I can use the funds universally. How can I do this with my specific situation?

Since the card is already in my iPhone's wallet and/or since it is an Apple Store card it is saying the card is invalid when trying to redeem it through iTunes. Any other possible fix?
