Minty ~ 76% is not healthy and the weak battery cannot provide sufficient power to the iPhone's antenna to connect with cell tower signals. Have the battery replaced and all will be well:

Minty ~ Does your iPhone SE (5s) still have its original battery?

And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...
