Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
• If you have an iPhone 5S or 6/6plus, the highest you can update to is 12.5.7
• If you have an iPhone 6S through 7, you can update to 15.7.3
• If you have an iPhone 8 or higher, you can update to 16.3

For 15.7.4 you have to wait.
The battery health is 76% and update is still at 15.7.3 and I’m not getting any new updates since months and yes I’m using iPhone SE (5s) please help there’s still no reception (no service)
You need to get a new battery. Get an appointment at an Apple Store for help with this.
