Hello, my iPad its 3 days old iPad Pro 12'9 M2 2022 and im having glitch with my Apple Pencil. I had same issue with apple notes app and with goodnotes 5. I'm not wearing a case and it's my first iPad ever so no backup and the OS it's 16.3
I don't know what to do... maybe I should return my iPad and buy a different one.

It seems you're having trouble with writing with Apple Pencil and we want to help.
Is your iPad charging when this occurs?
Try testing when this is off the charger.
You might also try tightening the tip:
If your Apple Pencil isn't drawing as expected, make sure that its tip isn't loose. If it is, twist it to the right to tighten it.
Use Apple Pencil with your iPad
Otherwise, it's definitely a great option to take both devices back to the store for a test and exchange if you're within the return period.
