How can I set up do not disturb for all of my contacts at once?

How can I set up do not disturb (focus) for all of my contacts at once? It looks like I have to select people individually- I have a 14- on my old phone I just had to enable Do not disturb

iPhone 6, iOS 11

Go to Focus>Do Not Disturb. Tap on "People". Make sure that "Allow Notifications From" is checked. Do not add any people. Set "Allow Calls From to "Allowed People Only". Now, when you enable Do Not Disturb, you won't hear notifications from anyone. If, at some point, you need there to be one or more people you need to ring through, you can add them to the Allowed list.
