After purchasing the new iPhone 14, all files and apps were downloaded and transferred from the old iPhone. Except music files, only 5 songs did transfer and I’m not able to open them. Is there a way to get the files off the old iPhone without complete reset? I also tried syncing ITunes using my MacBook Pro, and it did not work.

Make sure you have Sync Library enabled so you can have access to your music on the new iPhone. Use the steps to check your new iPhone settings:
1. Make sure that your iPhone or iPad is signed in with the same Apple ID that you use with your Apple Music subscription.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Music.
4. Turn on Sync Library.
5. Turn on Sync Library on your other devices.
