How to move music without a computer

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 6s to an iPhone 12. The only music that transferred was music I bought directly from Apple (not much) I had almost 500 songs that I downloaded from old CDs that I owned. How do I get it from my old phone to my new phone without having a computer. My laptop died and don’t have access to another one. Help??!!
