Macbook has been slow for years, till now no idea why

Not sure what to add to this. I've gone to the Apple Store countless times to run diagnostics, and the results show no problems every time. It might be just because my computer is old (slightly over three years as of now), but I don't think it should be comparable to a 2015 Macbook Pro:

EtreCheckPro also reported a low performance, although since I don't have the Power User package, it won't tell me what I can do.

The following is the report from EtreCheckPro, and I can't seem to find anything that could have caused it:

I have also run many antivirus checks on my computer, usually using BitDefender's free version, but it always shows no problems. (The report mentions CleanMyMac, but I use that mainly for cleaning junk instead of security. It also says I'm clean of malware, either way).

If I have to be honest, I'm probably just paranoid, but it'd still be much appreciated if anyone could find anything I might have missed in the report that could be related to the slow performance.

If I'm not wrong, I got the Mac in late December 2020, straight from the Apple Store.

Here are the specs of the Mac according to the About section in settings, and you can find a few additional specs at the start of the EtreCheckpro report.

Now what's interesting is that I found two different Geekbench results of the model (which, I admit, I probably should have done at the start of the post) that are vastly different, to say the least:

One report, which seemed to have been done around the release of the 2019 Macbook Air (July 11th, to be specific), has results that are 5 to 7 times better than what I got, but another that was done just a few months later in November seems to be nearly identical to what I got.

The earlier one:

The slightly later one:

Since they were done by the same user (someone called idanbo), the results seem to imply that the Mac deteriorated quickly between the results, although it feels strange that a Macbook would do such so extremely.
