Kernel panic and disabled touch bar

after i upgraded my 2019 13 inch macbook to macos ventura most of the times when my mac lid is closed it gets shut down and when i open my mac touch bar is off and i need to reset SMC to bring it back. I tried reseting SMC,NVRAM and factory reset but it didnt help.
