B button exits games

Tried switch pro and Xbox one controller to play games on apple tv. When button B is pressed too long it exits back to apple tv home menu. Is this normal, is there a fix for this?

Apple TV+ app, fire TV cube = spinning wheel forever Already reset my fire cube. Up to date, reinstalled apple tv app. Nothing gets past the spinning wheel to log in. It's all it does.

Can’t play selected show on Apple TV Since ATV4k 17.2 update, I often can’t play anything I select in the TV app. I navigate to the “chiclet” of any show or movie, press center button on remote, nothing happens. If I long press, I get the contextual menu, but none of those options work either. Reboot fixes it as will closing the TV app and reopening it…but problem comes back in about a day. Not a network or TV issue. Is this a new bug? Anyone else having this issue, and discover a fix?

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. If you are having issues with your controller, here are a few steps that may be useful:

Restart the controller and the Apple TV to see if the issue persists.
Clean the controller to make sure that debris is not causing this.
Contact Microsoft to see if there are settings you need in place.
