Custom health alarm sound

So I was trying to change the alarm sound of my health wake up alarm to a custom alarm. But it only shows 7 options (early riser, first light, …). It looks like it’s only possible for alarms that are made in the clock app. Is there any way to get my custom alarm in health wake up alarms?

PS: First image is an alarm from health app. Second image is alarm made in clock app where i can select custom alarm “Wake up Yeat”.
