I cannot play music on Apple Music

Hello!

I recently bought family subscription for Apple Music, however I am not able to play songs. I can play songs from Radio just fine, but not the music I search for. It throws an error saying "Cannot Connect".

Same is also the case on my 2021 M1 Pro MacBook Pro.

We recommend you try the steps in the link below since you cannot connect to the Apple Music app.


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

2) Make sure that your device is connected to the internet
