AppleTV shows wrong version in device list
I updated my Apple TV to 16.3, but the device list on my Mac still shows 16.1. How do I make it update?

Allow for some time for this information to sync through iCloud.
If this persists after 24 hours, then try removing the device from your device list. It will be added again automatically after signing in with your Apple ID account on that device (you should be prompted for a password, when you do anything that requires that account). Check your Apple ID device list to find where you're signed in - Apple Support
My Mac shows the system software version of devices correctly. I can’t replicate what you experience. I didn’t check this immediately after updating, though.
