Reminders App Wrong Home Location

I have my home address correctly setup in my own contact card. Also the location is correctly displayed in the Maps app. No problem here.

The Reminders app uses the addresses from the contact card for location-based reminders (arriving at home, leaving work, ...). For some reason that I can't understand, my home location (although the same correct address is used as the label) is wrongly placed on the Reminders map. The pin points to a house in a street with a very similar name. I can't understand that it doesn't point to the same location as the Maps app... Also there doesn't seem to be a way for me to adjust the location in any way. This is an annoying situation, since things like "Hey Siri, remind me about X when I get home" won't work.

Any ideas on how to solve this? Thanks!

Update:

The problem seems to be fixed now. I re-entered the address in the Contacts app multiple times. After having pressed “Done” to confirm, one can already see on the map thumbnail within the Contacts app whether the location is correctly placed or not. It took me a couple of tries using various address formatting. The one that finally worked, however, is not a new format and caused problems before.

Thanks for keeping us updated. First, we'd like to recommend some basic steps you can try to see if we can sort this issue out with the Reminders app. Follow these steps below:

1.) Force close the Reminders app

2.) Restart iPhone

These steps usually help refresh things. If that doesn't work, you might need to reset your location and privacy settings. To perform this reset, follow these steps:

If you would like to reset all of your location settings to the factory default, go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset Location & Privacy.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have tried:

1) Force closing Reminders app

2) Restarting iPhone

3) Resetting Location & Privacy

Unfortunately the issue is still the same.

It is really weird that the Reminders app is interpreting the same address string differently than Apple Maps.

Interesting is also that, when creating a location-based reminder at home, the “Current Location” location is displayed correctly on the Reminders map. Both addresses (behind yellow boxes on screenshot) are the same (and are correct), but the “Home“ location is showing incorrectly on the Reminders map (placed at a similar named street) and therefore doesn’t trigger the reminder (e.g. when arriving home).

Sorry I forgot to mention that this issue is occuring with iOS 16.3 installed.
