Where is the ‘deleted items’ file? I need to empty it. Thanks

Seems deleted files go into your "Recently Deleted" folder.

After 30 days, your files are removed from Recently Deleted.

In the Files app, tap the Browse tab.

Go to Locations.

Tap Recently Deleted.
