set up 2 monitors. One above Mac and one vertical one to the left of the monitor above

Hey all

I have a Macbook Pro. I have. 2nd monitor which works great. I've purchased a 3rd monitor that sits to the left of the monitor above my mac.

I want to use 3 screens.

My Mac

My monitor directly above my mac screen

A third monitor that is VERTICAL, to the left of my monitor above my mac.

I can get the left monitor to have an orientation at 90degress, which works fine, but I can cannot move my curser UP to the monitor above my main mac screen. All three only move from side to side.

Ideally, I'd like to be able to have my second monitor directly above my mac as always, and they move my cursor to the left from my secondary monitor, onto the vertical monitor to the left of both my Mac and my secondary monitor.

Please let me know if this is possible or if I have to re-think my configuration

Hi Hallaway,

We'll be glad to help out with your monitor arrangement. To start, we'd make sure that the display has been rotated from System Settings as outlined here: Rotate the image on your Mac display - Apple Support

"

On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Settings, then click Displays  in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)

Click the pop-up menu next to Rotation on the right and choose how many degrees to rotate the image on your display.

In the dialog that appears, click Confirm.

To return your image to its original rotation, click the Rotation pop-up menu and choose Standard."

If you've done that already, try rotating it back to horizontal, then back to vertical once more. If it still isn't working properly, reach out to Apple to look into this with you further: Apple Support

Cheers.
