There is a random bluetooth device that connects to my phone, I have no option to remove it. Unsure of what it is and what to do to fix this problem

Have you installed a LED light strip/bulb?
If so, you would need to uninstall the related App to disconnect from that apparatus. Of course, doing so, would mean no control of the LED device.

Troubleshooting Unknown Bluetooth Devices:
"Forget this Device":
Tap the blue-encircled letter "I", and then tap "Forget this device" on the very bottom of the next screen that pops up.
