Good afternoon. I am using macbook pro. It is very inconvenient to use the standard way to change the language (Control+Space).
Tell me, how can I change the set of keys, similar to the standard in windows (Left Alt+ Left Shift) ?
In MacOS i preferred to use combination Left Command + Left Shift
It is critically uncomfortable to use what Apple offers by default.

By language, I think you mean the keyboard layout, right?
You can set the Fn (or Globe) key, at the bottom left of your keyboard to effect this change:
In System Settings->Keyboard, choose "Press fn key to": "Change Input Source"
FWIW< Command-Shift is used A LOT for other purposes - it is part of many useful (I'd say indispensable) shortcuts. It would greatly affect usability if it were restricted to this function. Yet, if you want that specifically (which I strongly recommend against), then you may be able to achieve it with some third party software like Keyboard Maestro.

Apple has probably coded the Finder to intercept the current keyboard shortcut for language change and it would be better to learn how to use the Mac as a Mac rather than struggle with changing a bunch of things in an attempt to have it function as Windows/Linux.
