MacBook Wifi Internet Must Restart

Hello! I have a MacBook Pro 16" using Ventura 13.1. Every. Single. Time. I have to connect to the internet using wifi (for example, going to a hotel, or a Starbucks, etc., I must restart my MacBook to be able to connect to the wifi network to prompt the login credentials for that wifi... Is there any way I can avoid this step of restarting because any documents or pages I have open must be closed and then relaunched upon restarting??
