Blue bubbles on camera

Hello, when I am using my camera via recording video u taking a picture blue little bubbles are appering. There are no protection on cameras or any other case. Could you tell me why it is so?

This is probably an edited pic, not an original one.

Open the Photos app and tap on three dots on the top RH side then tap revert to Original

By "video u", do you mean the app called Video Up? If so, you need to contact the developers of that app: it is not an Apple product.

Unfortunatly, this is original picture and about this bubbles my post is about. I did reset my iphone but did not help
