Missed call contact name not displayed in the notification center

Missed call notification center doesn't show the contact name displayed after upgrading to iOS 16.2 .Any known issues ?

This occurs only when the MDM ( management profile installed on the devices -iPhones)

Not specific models

Also managed and unmanaged contacts both are not showing the contact name in the notification center for the missed calls

Specific configuration policy conflicting with large contact lists This issue did not occur until we mandated our workforce update to 17.2 to be compliant. Once users who had large contact lists updated, they started to experience delayed / freezing calls. We utilize Microsoft Intune as our MDM, but I have to assume this is hitting other platforms as well since this is a policy that the management profile portion of the software either has toggled on or off. The policy triggering this issue, if enabled is "Block viewing corporate documents in unmanaged apps". I've linked a dummy google account with an imported contact list of 16k contacts (yes somehow we have a handful of folks who have this) and the issue replicates with this policy enabled. With a mirrored configuration profile, minus this setting enabled, calls flow as they should. Even with the large contact list. I have no clue if this is right place for this, but the issue still persists after updating my device to 17.3. We have an exemption group created for the affected users, essentially removing the conflicting policy, but this is not a permanent solution as there are security concerns associated with this.

Full Display with upcoming calls For some contacts photo isn’t appearing on full screen when someone is calling, there is only a banner. I’ve observed that situation appears only with contacts using iPhone. Does anyone know what is the reason?

Recent calls show erroneous contacts Hello, friends. My iPhone 13 mini (iOS 16) displays recent calls with multiple contacts per call, when truly a call was made or missed from just one contact. The additional, erroneous, contacts displayed are separate from the true caller and in no way associated with that true caller’s contact. What’s more these erroneous contacts seem to be “tagged” to the call history at random as I haven’t had any recent contact with them. This began happening only after updating my phone to iOS16. Any direction toward resolution would be appreciated. Thank you!
