iPadOs 16.3 Siri is draining my battery even when I have disabled Siri

iPad Pro 12.9 running iPadOS 16.3 draining battery about 10% each day without using the device. The battery option shows the culprit is Siri even though I have gone through and disabled ever Siri option I can find in the settings. Any ideas of what I can check to disable Siri? I don't use the iPad daily and it is wasting power with a feature I don't need isn't very helpful to me. Anything I should check? I find this very frustrating.

I have started doing that but it makes it a lot less practical to use. This is really a design issue with the operating system that non-essential services are eating up battery while idle. I found overnight that >12% of the battery was drained from the 100% I started with. A completely off Siri would be awesome if they can't fix this drainage problem. I think it's time for a fix all the performance and other issues release of the OS instead of putting in more and more features.
