I need help

I have ordered iphone. But it was delivered to an unknown person. Neither Apple nor FedEx answers. Apple says the company closed its investigation. FedEx says it delivered the product.

It was delivered to R.Rone. But we do not him at all.

This is a matter for you to address with Apple and/or Fedex. Have you filed a claim with Fedex? What does their tracking info say? We are just other users and cannot help with these issues at all, sorry.

Most likely because Fedex had possession of it until they delivered. Ask Fedex for proof (video of delivery at your door with time/day), then file a claim with your insurance and report with police for theft. Ask Fedex if there was a signature required. Also ask your credit card company if you can open a case because you are required to pay for an item you do not have.
