I have ordered iphone. But it was delivered to an unknown person. Neither Apple nor FedEx answers. Apple says the company closed its investigation. FedEx says it delivered the product.

Most likely because Fedex had possession of it until they delivered. Ask Fedex for proof (video of delivery at your door with time/day), then file a claim with your insurance and report with police for theft. Ask Fedex if there was a signature required. Also ask your credit card company if you can open a case because you are required to pay for an item you do not have.

This is a matter for you to address with Apple and/or Fedex. Have you filed a claim with Fedex? What does their tracking info say? We are just other users and cannot help with these issues at all, sorry.
Sorry, but we are just other users and do not work for Apple. We also do not have access to accounts or anything else. Using a debit card is not the best idea because you have no recourse - the money is gone from your account. I'd like to help, but cannot.
