To make and/or use a song as a ringtone, you must first make that song suitable for a ringtone.

Hi there,
Thank you for your help. Just after writing my issue i realised that its a Song and not a Ringtone that i have purchased.
So I used garage band to make a ringtone out of it which was very easy to follow.
Here is the link and is probably the easiest way to go ahead. Hope it helps everyone
