August lock not responding in HomeKit.
August Wifi Smart Lock is installed and operating via the August lock app. I've connected it to 2.4G on my network and my iPhone shows that the lock is also connected via bluetooth. I have reset the lock per the instructions from August and installed new batteries. The lock shows as an accessory in HomeKit; when it didn't respond I deleted the lock from HomeKit and then added it again. In HomeKit, I can operate the slide button and try to open/close the lock, but I get a no response notification. I have eliminated any additional actions or scenes that might have been in place. When I attempt to use Siri it tells me that the lock isn't responding. I use AppleTV as my HomeKit Hub and its set up correctly as I can control all other accessories. All of this started when I changed batteries a couple of months ago. In the meantime, I've reset the lock several times to no avail.
