Apple TV Remote wont turn on JVC Roku HD TV
I have a new JVC Roku TV, I have set up the home kit, but power will not turn it on. The remote does control the volume on the receiver. Any help out there?

Have you tried a long-press (up to 2 seconds)? A short tap may not function, on purpose, to avoid accidentally turning off the TV.
Verify the setting for the power button, if available in your setup. Use the Siri Remote to turn your TV on or off - Apple Support
Verify the HDMI-CEC settings on each of your HDMI devices. On Apple TV: Settings﹥Remotes and Devices﹥Control TVs and Receivers﹥On. On your TV: See its manual or the description on the Roku site.
CEC on specific devices may not support some or all CEC functions, as determined by each manufacturer.
