Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
After moving my data from my former iPhone SX Max to iPhone 14 Pro Max, i have been struggling to turn off my Background App Refresh. Mind you, I know the process to turn off the Background App Refresh ( Setting - Background App Refresh) the toggle (on/off) is on which I couldn’t turn off in lock or gray color. Is there any other way(s) to turn it off. Thanks.
You appear to have Screen Restrictions set to ON.
Open Settings ➡️ Screen Time ➡️ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➡️ Background App Activities: Set this to Allow.
