Printer preset not saving

I run a photo studio and I use Adobe LR classic to print ID photos.

I updated macOS to Ventura when it came out

and then went back about a month or so ago to Monterey.

Whenever I update macOS to 13.x printer preset does not save(or gets applied) and the prints come out with print setting(incorrect color profile/paper type/paper tray) so the end result is either horrible color or printer asking me to feed photo paper on the wrong paper tray instead of rear tray.

Seeing as 13.x got another minor version up I thought I'd give it a try

but guess it's still not fixed.

I use M1 macMini and the printer I use is Epson L8180.

Printer driver is up to date and LR Classic is up to date.

(removing printer, deleting driver and re-installing doesn't fix the problem)

Anyone has the same issue or know of the fix around this?
